Water Aerobics – All Members Welcome!
We are meeting Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at 9:30am to have a good time exercising in our wonderful, saltwater pool. We work out to great music arranged by our Technical Assistant, Bruce Harmer.
Water Aerobics is low impact, easy on the joints, helps tone and strengthen muscles and improve balance.
You can participate without knowing how to swim. Joining our friendly group of men and women is a great way to get to know other Club members.
If you would like to join us, coat yourself in sunscreen, wear a hat, sunglasses, rash guard shirt and pool shoes (if you would like) and meet us at the pool with a “fat” pool noodle!
The Pool Aerification System is up and running daily.
It is important to stay hydrated. Bring an unbreakable water bottle.
